ADVISER REFERRAL PROGRAM

As at 16th March 2023 all Financial Advisers must have completed their New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) [Version 2] or equivalent. If you're one of the hundreds of Advisers who have not completed your NZCFS (5) then we have solution to help you service your clients until you achieve your certification.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple - you advise the client that they are being referred to ADVOCO Mortgages and we process the home loan application and provide the advice to the client.  

WHAT'S ON IT FOR YOU AND YOUR CLIENT?

You are able to earn income for the referral and your client is looked after with the same excellent service you normally would provide.

WHOS' THE ADVISER LOOKING AFTER YOUR CLIENTS?

Steve McGowan is an ex-banker of 10 years and Mortgage Adviser since 2001. He passed Certificate in Financial Advice (equivalent NZCFS(5)[v2] )with a A- grade at Massey University, so you know your client is in good hands.  

INTRODUCE

You introduce the client to us and we provide our Personal Disclosure Statement and the application and advice is provide under our FAP ADVOCO Mortgages and Insurance Limited (FSP 770533) 

SIX-STEP ADVICE PROCESS

As with all our clients we implement the industry standard six-step advice process and apply to the best bank/lender for the client and complete all the advice from introduction, approval to settlement.    

SETTLEMENT

At settlement you provide us with an invoice and receive 25% of the upfront commission. The commission payment to you is disclosed to the client. The bank's and our Clawback Policy applies.     

POST SETTLEMENT

The client remains on our books until the Clawback Policy expires generally 28 months.
